Cancellation policy is 24-hour notice of lesson change. I can be flexible and try to accommodate that week’s session but missed sessions will not be refunded or extended beyond the 12 week period without prior written agreement.

Initial consultation will be an in-depth conversation about your child, their issues and the challenges that you are facing at home, school and with friends and family. We will use this information to tailor make the lessons to your child's needs. This will also be an opportunity for me to ask questions about your child's likes and dislikes and to help me build rapport for when we have our initial sessions.
